Richard Rumsey

After years as a partner at one of the largest Personal Injury law firms in Illinois, Rich Rumsey started his own firm to give individual and personalized attention to each and every one of his clients. For over 30 years, Richard L. Rumsey, Ltd. has successfully represented working men and women of all trades and backgrounds in all types of Personal Injury Litigation, Negligence, Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims, Nursing Home Negligence, Products Liability and Premises Liability.

He has represented victims against some of the largest Construction Companies, Trucking Companies and Manufactures in the United States. He has taken on General Motors, Ford, and Volkswagen in Products Liability actions and made them pay for defects that injured his clients.

He has record verdicts for certain injuries in Illinois and has been called upon to lecture to lawyers by both the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association about personal injury law.
